Special Funding Projects Notice
The Southern Arizona Trauma Network (SATNET) is pleased to announce
that it will be able to consider requests for the funding of special
trauma related needs to those organizations in southern Arizona
that are a part of its trauma network. These include all hospitals,
fire departments, educational and training institutions, ambulance
services, air medical services, pre-hospital and nursing organizations,
etc, in Pima, Cochise, Santa Cruz, Graham, Greenlee and Yuma counties.
Special
emphasis will be placed on requests that cover education, training,
and injury prevention efforts dealing with the field of trauma.
All requests will be considered but need to follow the request
process as outlined on the Funds Request Form that follows.
SATNET
does not have a lot of funds to distribute at this time but wants
to begin giving back to the trauma network in southern Arizona
as it raises funds to promote trauma awareness, education and
injury prevention. Hopefully, these modest beginnings will grow
into bigger things over time.
Thank
you all for your continued dedication to the trauma network in
southern Arizona and elsewhere. And, thank you for your continued
support of the Southwest Regional Trauma Conference and other
educational programs that SATNET presents or helps sponsor. Your
support and trauma efforts are truly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Clint Brown
Executive Director
